* Now the plugin being initialized creates the configuration directory if a mount for external devices exists.

Update Online WireGuard VPN V.13.1
* Added the Search by country (button 1) and reset (button 2) function.
* Fixed the ProtonVpn module, now displays the name of the country, added the missing flags.
* Updated Russian translation (Thanks airforce).
